Bringing shape to the required design. The embroidery department forms the shape of the gloves before the padding is put in. The base is stitched inside out to keep all the stitches inside. The breathable meshes and grips are also added in this department.

The skilled staff and state of the art embroidery machines work together to provide both; impressive design and cost effectiveness.
The stitching staff use a variety of techniques according to the fabric tension and thickness to provide the best results. Cost effective and high quality are the top priority of Solehere. The staff is so skilled that they can bring every design to reality.

Garments are securely pressed between two interlocking hoops to create a flat surface for embroidering. The whole assembly is then attached to the embroidery machine. The machine has 12 different needles, all threaded with different colors. The file with your design is programmed into the embroidery machine and tells the needles where to stitch and which color to use.

In order to achieve the high standards expected of Customs Unltd Apparel, we take several steps in the embroidery process to produce our signature quality embroidery standard.
We begin by accepting artwork files in most standard graphics formats. Faxed or hard copy documents can also be used. Camera-ready art is always welcome, but is rarely needed if the artwork provides sufficient detail for digitizing.
Your artwork must be digitized into embroidery-ready format, and edited (if necessary).
